3.Healthcare is a wide area to work in. There are different roles in these sector.

A change which is made by the workplace which is resisted by a person for instance can be marketing of their organizations ,achieving targets beyond limits and capacity of a novice. In order to sustain in the job beyond  resisting this work it forms the necessities to do it and resting a job. The organization could have done differently by splitting the work, providing adequate support and training prior to these expected changes in an employee .

4.Thr three stages are unfreeze, change and refreeze.Among these the Unfreeze process can be difficult because the actual problem as to be identified .There can be issue in getting the accurate information from multiple internal and external factors and finding the exact problems and then finding solution for it. Moreover the initiation for a change will be a great difficulty rather to change or sustain it later.

Experience is the best way a manager can tackle this problem through proper leadership style. It can help them to find the root where the problem is and how the employees has to be brought under change and get success.
