A job for supplier Quality engineer was posted on a job portal or on the organization website.
The common things that employer interested to know are as follow:
1. Education : This is the basic eligibility requirement that a organization required for applying for that open vacancy. in this example the basic criterion is Bachelors degree in respective required field on which the organization is working on. It includes the university from where applicant is graduated, his/her scores and other technical activities that was done during the academic period.
2. Professional Experience: This is the most important eligibility criterion to apply for a senior or mid entry post and thus to be interviewed on the basis of candidate experience. Ex: For Supplier quality engineer as a mid entry post require 3- 5 years of experience in same domain.
3. Location: The candidate who applies for the post in the organization , has to fill the details of location he/she is currently working and his hometown. Generally a company HR team looks for local candidate of the city in which the organization is working or its physical operations is carried out. this will prevent employee absenteeism. Ex: company. company working in Gujarat , will more likely to hire candidate from Gujarat only.
4. Expected Salary: many organization initially set the annual CTC in the job description, which was depend o n The job profile, company, and the experience required. after interviewing the candidate offer the same salary that was advertised.This also filters many candidates, as the candidates who require more than the mentioned CTC are not eligible to apply.Ex ; for candidate having experience of 3-5 year . generally paid between an average of 5- 8 lac per annum, which depends on the type of the organization,its policy ,and other specific criterion.
5. Certifications: Candidates having more certifications and knowledge of skills required for the job posted, are desirable and throws a positive impact on the hiring manager. Ex: for supplier quality engineer the desirable certifications is ISO certifications,Six Sigma Certifications etc.
A candidates strength also play a vital role in proving his/her potential in the organization.Skills like Leadership,Team spirit, Learning Attitude etc all helps to prove you a person with better potential in any organization.
