Human body is a complex biological machine, we have to maintain our body very carefully in terms of fitness.

So that all organs in our body work properly and gives good results.

Inorder to maintain fitness the body should acquire useful nutrients which are obtained from food.The nutrients required for our body plays a vital role to avoid diseases and resistance power is improved.

Our body performs lot of functions with out rest. There are lit of organs in our body. Among them important organs are Brain, Heart, Kidney, Liver, lungs.

Motar organs is very important in our body. Computers stores data similarly human body also store data implement the information when ever it required.

Sensory organs plays vital role which sends required information to brain when ever required.

So finally it is very important to take care our body, for this regular exercise, good with good nutrients, cleanliness of our body is very important to today's life.
