Develop WBS for the above-mentioned project in which you are going to organize a “Charity Show”. You are also required to identify the major components that will be considered in this project; and breakdown the project to at least two levels.

1) Planning - In this stage, the following activities would be performed:

• Identify Target Audience,
• Event Budgeting, and
• Identify Food and Beverage package.

2) Operations - In this stage, the following activities would be performed:

3) Public Relations - In this stage, the following activities would be performed:
