ETHICAL RESPOSIBILITIES OF CORPORATE AND ITS EMPLOYEES:

Every corporate has the ethical obligation to take care of the environment and not get involved in environment destruction. As per the corporate norms, the company must create a environmental pro culture within the organization, so that every employee and the operation of the company is directed towards the conservation of the environment.

Moreover, the corporate must take care of any kind of violations of the environmental norms by anyone associated with it. The corporate can penalize the person involved in the violations of the norms.

The social responsibility of the corporate is to protect and provide green environment to the society at-large. The production of the company should not involve any hazardous elements which are leaked into the environment and the society at-large gets affected by it.

The employees of the company also have ethical responsibilities, so should take care of environment and help the other employees and the society to improve the environment which involves air cleaning , water purification and land cleaning. The employee being a part of the society, so they have maximum responsibilities of taking care of atmosphere and environment.

The corporate takes a lot of business from society, so being a part of the economy and has responsibility of provide good environment to the people of the society and take appropriate and maximum steps to improve the same. The recognition of the ethical responsibility will lead to an environment favoring operation and culture of the company. No anti-environmental activities should be untaken by the company.

Thus, all parties of the society which includes the people, employees of the company and the company itself altogether must taken care of the environment and improve it so that we left a good environment to the upcoming generation.
