1.) Come up with one (1) example of how two (2) sympatric species of Apis bees could potentially be prevented from successfully mating with each other in the wild. The mechanism could be behavioral, environmental, etc. - just no direct human intervention. Your example can be based on reality or be totally imaginary. Just make sure to explain how your answer would successfully contribute to reproductive isolation.

Allopatric speciation occurs due to the physical barriers. physical barriers like formation of river, llandscaping, mountain formation, earthquake or any other possibilities with changes the habitat.

for for example a particular population of of bees all living in particular are and suddenly due to some natural disasters mounta is formed so the population of bees are divided unfortunately into two sections. Most of in old habitat and some are came up unintentionally into new habitat fue to environmental changes.

After the period of time the bees which are present in new habitat aquires physiologicaly and morphologically new characters and then leads to formation of new species. this is the phenomenon of sympathetic speciation.

due to due to the morphological and physiological changes the old and new species not able to do mmating that is why they become reproductivaly isolated.

In sympatric speciation two species are formed from a base or single species due to the changes in genetic components. sympatric speciation is also arises due to the various in gene flow.

Mani species got variation in their genetic components due to environmental and various other factors or by their own self that is why they become different from another organisms.

due to this difference they are not able to do meeting and not able to produce of springs together. That is why we can say that they are reproductively isolated.

Instructions: 1. Come up with two example data sets of your own whose standard deviations would be interesting to compare. Some examples:    a) Potato weights vs onion weights.    b) Female heights vs male heights    c) National league batting averages vs American league batting averages An example that doesn't work: GPAs vs SATs. These are two different variables that even use different units. So comparing their standard deviations is meaningless. However, male GPA vs female GPA would be a valid comparison....
