A critical Business service is the inhouse inventory or so to say the equipment needed to carry out daily operations. INfrasture plays a very important role in providing the employees with the best environment mentally and physically to perform at the best of their capabilities.
Depending on the project requirements, workforce needed is decided and then equipment is procured to get the infrastructure ready. Another important aspect for this process is to get approvals from the Finance team for Budget so that the right amount and quality of equipment is procured. ANd finally the employee authorization is decided to make sure the right people have access to the equipment.
To make sure the above service is always carried out effectively and efficiently the Deming Cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) can be used.
This allows the companies to plan the requirements or service and then implement the planning. The analysis of the implementation is the checking phase, which helps in improving the repetition of the process next time around. That is why the final phase "ACT" refers to implementation of changes to improve the iterations of the business processes and services.
