Spending free time in a healthy and fruitful manner is a tough job, yet most of us are not adept at doing so. Having free time is quite difficult in these days as we are preoccupied most of the time with job and other such thinks. Whatever free time we get, we may do the following things which may account for substantial time pass-
1. Inculcating a hobby and pursuing it
2. Listening to relaxing songs.
3. Playing sports or engaging in physical activity.
4. Catching up with friends and family.
5. Doing gardening.
6. Joining a club and actively participating in its activities.
7. Engaging in social work or helping the people in community.
8. Watching a movie.
9. Reading a favorite novel or book.
10. Meditating
11. Networking with people of repute
The list for spending free time continues. The individual will have to decide on his own as to what is the best suited option for him. But it is always recommended that if an individual wants to be fully functional, he must also involve in recreational activities in his free time.
