Cross-cultural training and education can be defined as a procedure used to enhance an individual’s ability to cope with cross-cultures and perform effectively in a new cultural environment. Cross-cultural training and education programs contribute to increasing the ability of employees in the organization to understand the culture of others' fellow mates including the values and ethics of another culture.
