1) In-land experience : All the managers are provided the experience to work independently or perform the job activities.

3) Language knowledge : The managers must have nowledge of all the concerned languages of the country posted-in.

4) Allowances : The HR department has to set the remuneration and allowances of working overseas for the managers.
