The extent till which the team members stay with one another and stay together so as to achieve a goal that is common to all of them. Team cohesion only exists when the members have bonds among one another such that they come together as a while. Collective efficacy has been described by Albert Bandura, is where the team believes in their abilities to achieve goals such and build confidence. Collective efficacy is required to enhance the the confidence Confidence level such that the “will do” attitude us generated through the collective efficacy.
