It has successfully established its operations and functions in many parts of the world. The company has a well-aligned structure to ensure that the employees work towards attaining the company's end goal. Recently, the company has made a tremendous and evident decision to change the structure of its North American part to make more profits, and reach maximum customer base. The company tends to align the resources to achieve the best opportunities in the market. It helps the company to be the first in the market to produce a particular commodity. The company adopts the functional structure in all its plants. It is because the structure improves the expertise of the individuals in a particular department.
