The 19th century was full of changes and that had helped to shape up the society it was an era of rapid development in the technology and economically for Great britian,US and European nations,it all together became a industrial nations and the wars brought constant and undefined changes.The industrialisation and new social classes brought social struggles inclusive of politics.During the revolution the different positions in slavery led to civil war, while the north was developing and tried to ablolish slavery the south had an agricultural growth which led to slave labor.The intense of anger raged high which led to violence and war which resulted in a heavy death toll and the south was defeated which removed the slavery completely.In the later half people was that up and down the population hierarchy from poor to the wealthy were all seeing major issues or problems to run a country by relying largely on the unregulated competition.The economics of slavery played a major role as it was about inequality.The republicans of Abraham Lincoln were opposed to slavery and slaveholders were seen as aristocrats who played major and could control the nations politics.The era was such that the production expanded in an unimaginable extent the living standards rose and many whitel collar and middle management jobs were created.The technology took over and helped the human power but all the progress that came in it came with a price.The labour was nearly crushed and a massive rebellion workers might have happened with no one being aware of what must have happened.Hence reform was essential and it came in the form of progressive movement.
