What is the biochemistry science error in the movie "I am legend"?

it is basically about mutation in human bodies due to affect of incurable plague. and this mutation is an extreme case of human body( both man and woman) where the affected beings turns into bloodthirsty and nocturnal creatures.

so here error is that a zombie genre were created. which are above reality. they are mostly fictious not a error product of technology in biochemistry, but for earning money through such horror movies. bacause such zombie will never be there due to mutation and they can't destry whole world.

correct science behind it: actually there is soul in every body which is responsible for the behaviour of a human being. the dead matter or chemical change in body does not gaurantee the change in consciousness of a person. because consciousness is not a product of chemicals but it is energy of the soul. like a dead coarspe will never come into life, why, because it is just dead matter like a table or any other materials and matter is made up of just five things ( earth , water, fire, ether ,air) and some chemicals.

so only if a person is degraded from inside then Nature actually supports him the suitable body to enjoy his such evil desires through that particular body. so actually in Nature such beings do exists like ghost and other aliens and evil beings but they does not become like that by genetic mutation or chemical change but it happens due to their inner desires and degradation and then nature and GOD gives them such particular body to give shape to such desires. for examples: some body wants to eat very dirty things and live like in gutter then he will be given the body of pig in next life. or somebody wants to eat meat then he is made tiger like that. but someone wants to be a good man then he will be going to heaven, some one wants to be naked then he is given body of trees as they don't need clothes. this is how natural science works but not just in one body only you will become something else. it's inner change rather than external biological disorder.
