The main challenge faced by the managers in the Southern African region is as below:-

• Due to the low level of education in this part of Africa, the right skills sets of the employees are quite difficult to find out. This creates a lot of problem in the supervisions and training of the employee.
• Technological advancement is still lacking in these countries thus the companies have to rely on conventional technology.
• Due to the increased number of AIDS patients, the productivity of the manpower is reducing significantly and it imposes a lot of health-related issues to the organization
• The main emphasis s still on the natural resources thus the processing of the products is still in its initial phase
• As this region has the greatest problem of poverty, thus many issues resulting from the poverty is creating the hurdle in the way of successful business operations.

Specific objective:- Each system must have a specific objective to fulfill. In the absence of the meaningful objective, a system cannot function properly.

Components:- A system has several subsystems which work together in order to fulfill the objective of a system

Organization:- this is mainly the arrangement of various subsystems or components which can be used for the goal accomplishment.

For a manager, the two most important traits are good communication skills and good interpersonal skills. By having good communication skills, the manager can communicate his or her expectations to the lower staff and can also convey the concern of the manpower to the top management. This will create a credibility among the manpower about the manager.

By having good interpersonal skills, a manager can have a very strong relationship with the employees an dthis relationship can be used to imprve their morale, motivation, output an deficiency.
