Solutions

Expert Solution

1. The company needs to study consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction, the number of consumers of the company, and the company's number of sales in the financial year. Consumer loyalty refers to the company's steps to attract back the customers to repurchase the product. Customer satisfaction is known as the extent to which the company can fulfill the needs of the consumers. The number of consumers and sales gives the managers an idea of the status of the company.

2. The company can use the survey method to reach a large number of candidates. Type 1 error in the method is that the positive hypothesis is false. It means that the result shows that the hypothesis is correct, but it is not in reality. For example, the research can show a relation between two variables, but there is no relation in reality.

3. The researcher can devise the reliability of the survey by comparing the results with some other method. There should be no error, and the hypothesis should also be correct. Moreover, the researcher should check the company's data to take corrective actions and determine the reliability of the survey.

4. The researcher should also determine the validity of the survey. The researcher should have a score for every relationship. The score should be such that it satisfies the researcher and also convinced the researcher. Moreover, validity and reliability depend on each other, and the survey should provide relevant results.
