organization to make the sales force effectiveness and empowered.
Leadership in sales creates various strategies for improving the
sales of an organization. Hence, it empowers the sales managers to
encourage the sales executives to perform according to the
consumers and organizational demand.
A responsible sales leader needs to know the effective ways to
enhance sales revenue by motivating, advising, and assisting the
sales department according to their need. He is also responsible
for predicting the company's future sales so that the employees can
apply their best to increase sales more efficiently. Apart from
these, leadership has various valuable attributes in the sales
department of a company. Attributes of a leader in the sales
