Organization successful in the long term behave consistently and ethically with all stakeholders to achieve higher success in the industry. Organizations having tolerance to any unethical behavior in the organization can cause loss in the reputation achieved over a long period of time. Employees indulging in unethical behavior should be terminated from his or her position due to below reasons:

  • It acts as a precedence for the other employees and a warning sign for indulging into such unethical behaviors.
