Every company needs to be able to clearly and concisely outline their business model. A business model canvas is a method for determining a company’s business model in a visual way. The business model canvas framework contains nine sections.

1. Key Partners - Who are our key partners, suppliers, investors?

2. Key Activities - most important things company must do to make its business model work

3. Key Resources - What financial, human, physical, intellectyal resources do we need?

4. Value Proposition - what problem we solve ? what value we deliver ?

5. Customer Segments - who is our product for ? most important customers ?

6. Customer Relationships -How company is going to provide that key support and build an ongoing relationship with them?

7. Channels - How a company is going to reach with customers ?

8. Cost Structure - what is fixed,variable cost ?

9. Revenue Streams -how do you generate cash from each customer segment ?
