Issue 4:

strict copyright laws (and strict enforcement) or technology-based protections (or neither)?

According to me, for the protection of digital intellectual, we will go for strict copyright law because of the below points (we will also discuss technology-based protections but first we will understand why strict copyright law is important and must )

Firstly What is Intellectual Property?
Intellectual property (in short we call it:- IP), which refers to creations of the mind, such as inventions or innovation of literary and artistic works, own designs, and symbols, names, and images used in commerce which is created by him/her. IP or Intellectual Property is protected in law by, for example, copyright, and trademarks.

1. Strict copyright laws (and strict enforcement): -
Here, it is a question of our own thing or property in which no one can copy from us and if he or she tries to copy our content or our footage then we can put copyright strike against him/herself.
So, here it provides great action against our opponent. Because copyright grants exclusive rights to works created by creators, the works themselves came to be regarded as a form of property. (In simple, if someone tries to copy some other content then he/she can put legal action by copyright action.)

2. Technology-based protections
In short, this is just the opposite of the copyright method where technology-based protection method would be able to protect any work without the need for copyright or other laws as simple as that and this also provide benefits as simpler, less expensive, and less intrusive.

Issue 5:

what ways are entertainment companies, victims? In what ways are entertainment companies villains?

Talking about today's generation (2020), it is very easier to not only copy ideas fo others and products but also to market them and sell them globally through digital open marketplaces and lots of profits without working on their own efforts.

In the past, IP(which is Intellectual property ) has been a valued and effective tool to discourage those who would do this, especially in other side countries like the United States(US). Now that distribution has become digitally interconnected and global at a rapid pace,

Governments are dissimilar and setting the rules around intellectual property protection’s allowing a lot of businesses, who play large roles in the global marketplace, to choose not to get involved and easily allow fraudulent products to be offered in massive ways which in terms affects many companies including the entertainment industry.

You know how large the entertainment industry market is growing on. but because copying of other content and not showing their own creativeness, the industry is losing its strength.
but with help of strict copyright laws and technology-based protections, this is being under control.

In this second case you will modify the simulation to make it more realistic. In the natural environment, not all genotypes have the same rate of survival; that is, the environment might favor some genotypes while selecting against others. An example is the human condition sickle-cell anemia. It is a condition caused by a mutation on one allele, in which a homozygous recessive does not survive to reproduce. For this simulation you will assume that the homozygous recessive (ff) individuals...
