External Strategies: It means increase of profit and sales from other companies and not from internal operations. This includes foreign collaboration, merger and joint ventures. Coca Cola has collaborated with local popular firm or business in Tunisia. This helped to understand local laws and faith among Tunisia people. Coca Cola has colaborated with local companies so as to use their network.
