Project Scope is clear identification of work that required to be complete in specified time frame. It is very important field identifying the need for the project, understand the objectives of the project, task required to be carried out, resources requirement & schedule of project means when to start & when to end. Identification of milestone etc. These are basic thing can be considered to define project scope during the planning phase.
I will make use of statement of work. Statement of work & Project charter is document which includes entire scope of work in terms of CTR (Cost, time, resource), goals & objectives. It covers the entire project. It is part of contract. It is prepare to avoid future disputes related budget, timeliness other deliverables of project & ensure the clear communication about the basic information of project.
Tho be insuccessful project management. The person should have ood communication skill, knowhow of Project mangement principles & process (PMP), Abiltiy to prioritize the work means one should have good organisational skill, self starter & good analytical & estimation skill
