Negotiation Process:
It is a method by which differences between people are settled it is the process by which agreements between the parties are settled by avoiding argument and dispute if there is an disagreement between he parties then individual aim to achieve the best possible outcome for the organization which will benefit with the project but fair principal is that in which there must be mutual benefit of the parties and also make relationship for the success of the assignment with mutual understanding .
There are various forms of negotiation are used in many situation like international fair,legal system,government,settlement of industrial dispute and likes.
In order to achieve desire outcome the following process of negotiation are taken up for better output:
Preparation:
It is the first stage in the negotiation process in which decision is taken regarding the time and place of meeting for sort out the problem and also assign person who are part of the meeting. this stage ensure all the facts to clarifying the position of each other and also preparation are made in such away so that there should be no chance of disagreement between the parties.
Discussion:
Under this stage individual or members put forward there views for understanding and review now three keys skill are used under this stage:
-Questioning
-Listening
-Clarifying
This will helpful to make notes during the discussion stage and also put forward if there is any need for further clarification and under this each side should have equal opportunity to present there case fairly.
Clarifying the goals:
From the discussion all the disagreement regarding goals,interest and different view points are clarified so that it will helpful to list the factors which are hurdlers in the process of negotiation and factors are to be given on priority basis.
Clarification is an important part of negotiation process as we known without this misunderstanding cannot be sort out and the problem persist so efforts made to break the barriers to reach a beneficial output.

This stage particularly focus on how to win the negotiation process and outcome where both the parties equally a win-win outcome is usually the best result through this negotiation reach to the final stage and help to achieve ultimate goals.

Normally under this stage when both the parties make an understanding regarding various view point and interest the agreement is made with open mind in order to achieve acceptable solution. It is through the agreement there is possible chance of making an contract so it should be in written form and signed by the parties.
Implementing the plan:
It is the final stage in the negotiation process in which plan is to be executed as per the agreement and accordingly strategic thinking and action planning is required for the best outcome.
