1. CSR page of website Disney is The Walt Disney Company. CSR page of joe fresh is Loblaw as it a subsidiary of Loblaw Companies Limited. CSR page of Nike is news.nike. These brands have made sure that great products and excellent marketing strategies are served through sustainable innovation. Every year they make massive investments into social and environmental initiatives. Nike has addressed social responsibility by improving its image worldwide, controls operational costs, and increases the investment in products made from sustainable raw material. Also, Nike is committed to reducing the carbon footprint with innovative manufacturing skills.

2. As a consumer, the company's CSR practices will affect purchase decisions because CSR activities of a company define how responsible a company is in taking care of the environment and related activities. When a company uses the resources, it is its responsibility to pay back the environment by protecting and not harming nature. For example, Nike was criticized for child labor and low wages activities, which decreased the brand sales as customers had a bad brand image. Afterward, Nike worked on improving supply chain management activities, and with no time, it gained the sales and profits back.

3. Companies can have ethical labor practices that help the workers feel valued, be in a safe and healthy work environment, and enable them with growth opportunities. Furthermore, companies can think about sustainability, where they create environmentally friendly techniques and methods to produce goods and participate in recycling programs. Companies can encourage volunteering in social programs as this will create awareness among the employees and contribute to a good cause. Companies can have internal social responsibility teams where they can have different campaigns or strategies to know the employees and customers. They can also directly do charities and contributions to help the needy. All these activities create a positive impact on employees and customers.
