1-The issues regarding solitary is concerned with solitary confinement -

1- The prisons have used solitary confinement as a tool to manage gangs, isolating people for simply talking to a suspected gang member.

2- Solitary Confinement is often used as population management tool, in lieu of lack of resources at facilities and Cronic Overcrowding.

3- Recent Statistics suggest that administrative segregation may also be used outside of its legally permitted uses.

4- In the early years of solitary confinement researches noted increased suicide and mental illness among prisoners.

5- Studies have also found that solitary confinement harms parts of brain.

2- STATISTICS REGARDING SOLITARY-

1- Solitary Confinement is the practice of placing a prisoner in a confied close cell for a minimum of 22 hours per day .

2- Convicts in such a cell are virtually free of any human contract and this can sometimes last for decades.

3- You won't hear prisons use this kind of term any more because of the negative connotations that are associated with it .

4- Placing a prisoner into solitary confinement essentially removes them from the global society that is developing.

5- No one is excusing the crime they committed to put themselves into the prison system in the first place, but treating humans like a caged animal may not necessarily the best way to go .
