1. If a patients needed operation for the survival. Without the operation he/she does not survive, but the chances of survival of the patient after the operation is very low. Even though the probability of success of the operation for a patients is very low as 1% or 5% , we are give permission of the operation without considering the low probability that is the use of statistics in such a situation is inappropriate.

2) Consider the data related to the number of death due to accident on the middle and the side of the road. Suppose the data provide the information is such that

Number of death on the middle of the road = 2

Number of death on the side of the road = 20

If we use the above data without considering the total number of the persons walk on the middle and the side of the road then we may decide to walk on the middle of the road. Therefore statistic is inappropriate with such incomplete data.
