You are in charge of organizing a group of employees in your company (organization) to attend an annual convention designed specifically for people in your profession. The convention, which will attract experts in your field from across the nation, will be held over the first weekend of August this year in Houston, Texas (or any large city of your choice).

Write a memo to your co-workers, in which you invite them to attend the convention. Describe the location, time, and significance of the gathering as well as travel and lodging arrangements. In your description include any special activities, seminars, demonstrations, receptions, or points of interest (in the surrounding area) that will make this year's convention particularly informative and interesting to your colleagues.

In the past few years attendance at the annual convention has been poor, and your boss—interested in keeping employees current on the latest trends in your profession—expects you to produce a good turnout. This looms before you as no easy task.

Exciting news to all the co-workers. Our organization has planned for an excellent convention. Even though this event occurs every year, this year is going to be a different and exciting experience for all of us. Since, the schedule has been designed by our President to make it informative and interesting. We all knew the ambitious and friendly person in the company determined at the growth of the organization by empowering us. The new President appointed this year seems to have wraped up something interesting for both the organization and us.

Convention is going to be held on 2nd August. Mark your calander as this years’ convention is scheduled to be held at LAS VEGAS CONVENTION AND VISITORS AUTHORITY!!

This convention focuses on the improvement of the skills and attitude of the employees in our organization. I can hear your voice. Savitthiri it’s a boring stuff you know and still you write this!! Yes I knew it WAS. You all know that a company’s heart lies at the skills and mindset of the employees and our organization focuses on the chances of providing opportunities to improve our them. I know that it will be exciting to get awards, incentives and increase in the value of paycheck for each and every one of us. Every one of us has plans about our family’s future and this ties up with the organization’s future I believe. And this could be a perfect time to concentrate on. And I guarantee that this year is going to be somewhat special and exciting since the guest speaker is Shiv Khera, one of the best motivational speakers, educator and business consultant across the GLOBE.

Our company has given a great opportunity to learn from the best person this year and I hope this has guaranteed to schedule up the calendar without fail on 2nd August, right!!

Still I would like to add spice to the dish. Yes, the company has planned on a one-day trip to the Grand Canyon with our family. I hope the butterflies started flying around you!! Yes this is an exciting news to all of us, right!! Thank the new President for the whole new way of conducting the convention.

The whole new experience of the thrust which lies behind the growth of the organization which in turn ties up with us is awaiting. With three exciting things. 1) Convention at LAS VEGAS CONVENTION AND VISITORS AUTHORITY, 2) motivating speech of one of the best motivational speaker in the GLOBE and 3) one-trip to GRAND CANYON with family.

The convention will take place for about 9 hours starting from 9 am. And then lunch and dinner are hosted by the organization with breath-taking menus only for us. And the second day is spiced up to have QUALITY time with our family.

Apart from the enjoyment which motivates us, I wish everyone attends the convention with the hope that this is going to lay a great foundation to our family’s future by providing a great future for our organization. I expect each one of you to participate with all the excitement you have and be ready with your note-taking apps.

This year the organization is expected to show up a growth of 30% than the previous year. I hope we are going to double the number with our excitement. Yes I can hear your voice. Savitthiri!! Count me in!! like me!!
