1.Think of three stressors you have experienced in the last 12 months. Identify your stressors as daily, acute, chronic or catastrophic
2. Imagine you are a newly hired Health and Safety Coordinator in charge of conducting a Health and Safety Audit to prevent the spread of COVID 19. What controls would you implement to prevent contact with the Biohazard COVID 19 in your workplace?
Type of ControL | Description | Examples |

Personal Hygiene |
1. For the assessment am going to explain three stressors, I have experienced in the last 12 months:
A. One stressor I have experience in the previous 12 months is traffic jams. Once I had an important meeting in my workplace, and I almost got late because of the traffic jam, and this was an acute stress, it lasted for a short period.
B. A few months before, I experienced a massive earthquake. I was in my room trying to complete my unfinished work, and then suddenly everything starts jerking rapidly, my heart started beating fast because I did not know what to do, I just sat there praying to God. That was a catastrophic stress I experienced.
3. Before eight months, I lost my grandfather. I was devastated and that time because he was very close to me. It was a chronic stressor because it affected my mental health, and I still cannot get over it.
2. Following are the controls I would implement to prevent the contact with biohazard COVID-19 at my workplace:
Type of control: engineering
Description: it involves redesigning the system or a process to maintain a barrier between the hazard and the persons
Example: Establish isolation wards in the hospital to avoid the contact of COVID-19 patients with other patients.
Type of control: administrative
Description: it includes the adoption of specific operating procedures for practices and providing appropriate training or instructions to reduce the potential for occurrence of hazard
Example: Provide proper training to the nurses and doctors on how to deal with any COVID-19 positive patient.
Type of control: personal protective equipment
Description: these are some types of equipment and tools designed for reducing the exposure to the hazard
Example: usage of PPE kits, gloves, N95 masks, etc.
Type of control: personal hygiene
Description: it involves adopting various personal sanitation and hygiene practices to avoid the chances of the hazard.
Example: washing hands with soaps frequently, using sanitizers, etc.
