1. Choose and hire a right person :- This is the first and the most important step that each organization must concentrate on to boost their employee retention. During the hiring process, the employer's must analyse each candidate and choose the best candidate who is most capable of handling their organizational objectives and can help in achieving their goals.
2. Proper training and guidance :- After the hiring process is completed the employer's must give proper training to all of their employees equally and they must explain each and every aspect of their organizational motives and goals and what they must do to achieve them.
3. Employee friendly environment :- The employers must create an employee friendly environment for their employees where they are free to expresse their views and opinions freely. They must be appreciated for each and every effort form their part rather than demotivating them. They must conduct various events and programs that can make their employees relaxed and work without any tension.
4. Pay on time :- The employers must follow the standards and ensure that each and every employee are paid on time without any delay and discrimination among the employees. They must more specifically concentrate on providing compensations, bonuses and payment up-risals at specific intervals.
