Create an outline of a plan of action that will elevate any city in Metro Manila (Quezon City) among the leading global cities in the world. The plan must be divided into three aspects - political, economic, and social. The plan must be realistic and can be practically achieved in the next 20 years. Work on the areas of objectives, tasks, time frame, and resources (both human and financial).

Political	Develop Partnership with the stakeholders: A combined effort of all stakeholders in the society is needed for the betterment of the city.     Investment in Social Overhead capital: Investment is the spending of education, heath and other subsidiary areas will have a benefit on the economy or city as a whole Corruption free: Any political party that is in power should be corruption free and should work together with the stakeholders for the betterment of the people.
Economical	Create new business opportunities: Employment generation should be one of the main aspects of city development and hence the environment should in a way that is feasible for new businesses. Expansion of already existing business: Investments should take place that provides more expansion for all the companies in the economy. In order to increase the investment the interest rates has to be reduced, without increasing the price level. Economic Diversification of Land: Land should be classified according to the development purposes and it should be classified under sections like development and redevelopment properties Investment in industries that are in the verge of shutdown. Proper urban planning that takes into consideration the environmental aspects as well.
Social	Actions should be taken for women's safety in and around the city The law and order system should be strong enough to bring balance in the society Different plans has to be taken for human indices like education, health, maternal mortality, income inequality, gender disparities Beautification of the city, without disturbing the environmental balance Policies should be taken to reduce pollution and other environmental effects of urbanization and increasing population.
