Nowadays run-off life requires a huge range of different nutrients for human beings to live healthy and active and better lives. The amount of various important nutrients for a person depends on age, body weight, different activities of the body, physical condition (pregnancy lactation), etc. For this, the range of different nutrients is different for a different person. The requirement of a particular nutrient is the minimum amount that is required to prevent symptoms of deficiency. Through RDA's, we make a plan for a balanced diet that includes different foods derived from different food groups. Due to which the nutrients in our body are replenished.
