Answer : Sales promotion is a technique used by the marketer in order to grab maximum share of the business. There main purpose is to attract marketers and grab share in the market. Sale promotion techniques are :

  1. Quantity gift has been provided to the customer in order to attract . In this case extra quantity should be provided so that customer can attract with this technique.Example :Buy one get one free. 25% Extra.
  2. Instant discount such as scratch card has been provided in order to grab maximum share.Example :Card discount
  3. Lucky draw has been scheme used by larger retialer in order to grab maximum share in the business.
  4. Coupons or voucher should be provided in order to grab maximum share.
  5. Full finance : The product is purchased and finance should be provided at instant discount.
