Signal recognition particles are the one sin charge of catching the new peptides that have the ER signal sequence and insert them into the ER. This particles will slow down translation, will bind the peptide to the ER receptors, and finally will allow for translation to retake normall translation speed. The product peptide will be born into the ER. The signal sequence is cleaved by an enzyme insede the ER.
