At the micro scale, policy practice is little dissimilar from the planned change because the policy practices are done through studying the entire probable aspects at the micro scale, although the planned change may uncover any aspect relying on the plan maker and it is done on major level. Both these terms are similar because the target of these terms is to control the circumstances in our own favor in any specific moment or time.

There are social policies of equal civil privileges to all in the society, although the clients requiring one day homeless shelter in Indiana needs protection form discrimination and oppression because the homeless shelter are more expensive in this area and corporations are charging high for these services.

The social policies as regards to security, transition programs, change management, and some other social policies have influence on how the clients will interact in their social atmosphere. The testimony of the professionals taught me that the change will be attempted to alter the circumstances and make it suitable for the society. (Hayden, 2016
