Solution:
Homeless Shelters are meant for individuals, groups and families who are seeking out resources which may not be easily accessible to them due to financial or other constricts. The main aim of a Homeless Day Shelter is to provide individuals with basic needs like food, clothing and shower. Other needs like looking for a job or social well-being of a person is also taken care of. Every agency functions differently.

The agenda of every center differs. What may be important to one agency, may differ from another. Differences in ethical views are likely to arise with whichever agency you may be associated with. However, it is very important as to how you deal with the differences. The easiest way out would be, to call it quits and look for another agency with whom your ethical views match. But the whole point of working with a Homeless Shelter is for the welfare of less priviledged individuals. New ideologies could be introduced. Ideas need to be rationalised as it is a collaborative initiative which aims at helping individuals reach their highest potential.

A homeless shelter aims at meeting basic needs of an individual in order to help them eventually reach their highest potential. Differences in ethical views can be sorted out as long as the goals are set which are to be achieved.
