The acronym ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.It is a condition of inability to stay focused or of inattention, of hyperactivity that is inability to stay calm and impulsivity or taking hasty action without thinking about it's implications. Thus,the child or adult suffering from ADHD lack ability to stay focused, exhibit a restless behavior and are in continous haste. So people around a child or adult with ADHD should help them to focus on by giving them a fixed routine of keeping and organizing things. They should be guided with fixed rules and time tables so that the individuals with ADHD stay focused,also this will them make more organized reducing their hyperactivity and impulsivity. The treatment of ADHD includes medication with psychotherapy as Cognitive behavioral therapy.

A person in whom there is medical condition that has caused hearing impairment or loss of hearing that may be congenital or have happened due to some causes after the birth.This condition may be partial or whole. The people suffering from this condition have inability to attain the ability of speech. Persons with partial hearing impairment are aided with auditory instruments that help them to hear ,in such people speech can be developed or is present . Sign language and lip reading are common methods of communicating with a totally deaf person.Other methods of communicating are communicating using pen-paper, interpretor or CART device that is communication access realtime translation device.
