How can marketers acquire cultural understanding and empathy?
Cultural empathy is important when marketers are trying to target diverse group of consumers and challenges will be that how the marketer obtain the level of cultural sensitivity required for diverse group of investors and marketers can acquire cultural understanding and empathy through understanding the level of cultural sensitivity required for global marketing and respecting the cultural aspects of various groups as well as they should be trying to incorporate those cultural understanding and it shows in their own products and marketing, so that those groups will be feeling integrated with the business and those groups are highly attracted to the product of the business and these marketers are believed to be naturally more sensitive than others and more effective than others and these companies will be acquiring cultural empathy through training their representatives in order to understand the cultural ethics in a better manner and have a better understanding when they are interacting with the customers so that they can provide better services which will satisfy them and generate value for the business in the long run.
Hence, cultural empathycan be acquired through proper training of the representatives and incorporation of cultural ethics into the product making and other respective business so that they will be able to satisfy their consumers.
