There are mainly five legal issues which are related to the global commerce.

1. Patent and trademark protection- Patent refers to the owner of the property has total rights towards his/her property so that owner can either sell or use. Trademark is a word, symbol, logo or design which will be identified and distinguish the goods of one party to the others. Patent and trademark protection was one of the issues which were being revolved in present markets of many countries.
2. Jurisdiction- Jurisdiction deals with the right of court that which court hears and gives the decision which was bought before the law.
3. Licensing and trademark agreements- These are the two areas which have more importance in the global commerce because intellectual property law can be applied.
4. Companies should clearly know and obey with the antitrust laws of the different countries. By this we can understand how to do the work.
5. In the present world we know that corruption and giving the bribes to the government employees to complete their own work is the main issue which can be observed. Business people should also know clearly about this issue and they must be comply with their own country and also the other country where they wants to begin their business.
