B2B offers the benefits of faster order fulfillment for buyers or customers through undertaking a cloud-based eCommerce platform which speeds up the processing of orders thus benefiting the companies through preventing understocking or facing of shortages. Relationship marketing through e-commerce approach also benefits customers by leaving no or minimal scope of errors, wrong orders and untimely information. It also enables the customers to stay aware of their order processing through the automating order fulfillment feature and inventory updates.
