Embracing and Valuing members of the diverse team and providing exclusive leadership , in this way, the differences of diversity are best used to reach goals and objectives. Furthermore a lot of progress have been made as it has come out from various surveys as well.

Inclusion of women is another aspect to consider when it comes to diversity. Women are actively taking space in the workplace and proving their mettle throughout the world.
