Diversity what commonly defined is state of being diverse, the
variety and miscellany of different things. This term tells us
about differences in racial classes, age, gender, religion,
philosophy, physical abilities, socioeconomic background, sexual
orientation, gender identity, intelligence, mental health, physical
health, genetic attributes, behavior, attractiveness etc. When we
are talking about diversity in human beings, we use diversity index
that measures the probability that any two people, randomly
selected, would be of different ethnicities. If all people are of
the same ethnic group there will be zero diversity. According to
international law of human rights disabilities of person will be
accounted as human diversity for protection of human rights of
persons with disabilities.
The idea diversity is most valuable and desirable concept that
