The organisation in which I am working has no wage gap problem. In my organisation, both men and women earn same salary for equal designation.
Now-a-days almost every organisation is following this trend and reducing the gender bias. But still there are places where men are paid more as compared to women.It will be better that wage rate and promotions etc depends on the performance rather than gender. The young entrepreneurs must take it seriously and get the employee rewarded for their performance. Government of the respected country must also take this issue seriously and implant measures to prevent it.
Compared to past ten years,I would think that this has improved a lot in positive sense. Most companies offering equal job package for both men and women. Many prestigious organizations like Pepsi CO. And YouTube having Women CEO may be termed as best proofs.
This issue is important not only for me but also for everybody as it is a issue of human rights. We all must with together to eradicate it.
In near future ,this issue is going to rectified and every one will be handsomely rewarded for their talent and I expect that no next generation will be aware of such issues.
