1. Michaelis Menten mechanism is given for enzyme catalysis. In the mechanism, some assumptions are made. The steady state approximation is done in the mechanism, which means that rate of formation of intermediate [ES] is same as that of rate of its decomposition. So, option C is correct. Enzyme is used in very less concentration as compared to substrate because enzyme is a catalyst here. So, option b is also correct. ther k-2 is ignored in the reaction because rate of decomposition is very slow process, so it is rate determining step. So, option a is also correct. Thus option d is the correct answer.

2. option a is incorrect because  isoalloxazine ring is a component of FAD and FADH2. OPTION B is also incorrect because TPP catalyses decarboxylation reaction. option c is correct as it contains a pyrimidine ring which is a part of adenine. So, correct option is c.
