Alice lacks confidence in learning on her own. She loves to interact with others. Matt loves to work on his own. He does not like others to mess with his thoughts and plans. He hates reading and just makes things up on his own. Indra just wants to read quietly and does this quite well. She is shy to face others. Suggest how would you develop a technology training session for them as a class for approx 2 hours?

Since there are three people with different mindset so we need to come up with deifferent types of method which is suitable for all of them one can come up with a group webinar where every participant can be seen and heared by the teacher and every participant must have an option whether they want to open the window of their fellow participants or not there must be some privacy among participants and teacher must provide notes in text file to every participant which can encourage shy students like Indra to join the session and simply read notes .

Inorder to disscuss ideas properly the teacher must conduct a silent brainstorm session in which one can express their ideas without any interruptions from others and while the teachers are giving their point of view students can note down those points and they can make a notes of their own from those pounts this will encourage students like Matt to join the session and learn from it.

Teacher must also conduct a group discussion where the participation is not mandatory and every students can express their ideas or query with each other and this will lead to teh development of ideas and concepts which make learning more easy for students like Alice who loves to interact while learning.
