The global strategy is appearing to be a threat to the business of Alibaba once it has shifted away from its China market to the broader markets are been done and made. The post-COVID 19 Globe is rejecting that is Chinese as the policies of the nation in which Alibaba is based out of has posed a great threat for the business as on date.
The company did grow from a Chinese business of mass supplies of business to business model into an international model of providing the people with the best in class Chinese business and products with a very minimum price for the local businesses. However, the Chinese origin of the business is being its most curtailing aspect due to the pandemic and the global effects due to that.
• The business needs to shift from its base from China to a safer location for the business of the Alibaba’s size and strength to be existent,
