DASH diet is a dietary pattern promoted by the US based National Heart , Lung, and Blood institute ti prevent and control hypertension. The DASH diet islow salt and rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy foods.

Hummus and vegie sandwich on whole grain toast

Salmon,Brussels, Sweet potato fries, Lentils w/ decied carrots, celery onion, Tomatos
