1.Protien rich diet in proper amount.

2.Food with with very low carbohydrates

3.Dont have alot at a time make small plates

4.Dont have sugar e.g chocolates , icecreams etc

5.Try to have many times vegetables in a day

6.Try to have simple food

7.whenever you are going to have food u must drink water before food it is good for digestion

8.You need to chew your food slowly

9.Ty to eat your food in despite of drinking

10.have good sleep it is also important
