Indicate which cells of the immune system produce which soluble mediators.
Soluble mediators means of communication between lymphozytes in immune reactions. This soluble mediator playan important role between positive and negative regulation of immune reaction. T-helper cells produce a T-cell replacing Factor (TRF) which provides signal to antigen triggered B-cells to begin with active antibody synthesis and secretion for positively regulating mediator. So the communication between cells of the immune system is largely conducted via soluble signal substances.Below are soluble mediatore and produce cells nameare given-
IL-1 (interleukin-1)-inducible peptide cytokines that mediated interactions between leukocytes-produced by monocyte macrophages and dandritic cells.
IL-2(T-cell growth factor)-Produced by T-helpr cell, induce activation of CD8+ T-cell.
IL-3(Multicolony stimulating factor)-produced by activated T-cell.
IL-4-produced by T-cell, mast cell.
IL-5-produced by Th2 and mast cell.
IL-6-produced by macrophages,T-cell,osteoblastes cell.
Il-7-prducd by stromal cell of rad BM and thymus.
IL-8 -produced by macrophages and epithilial cell.
IL-9-produced by CD4+.
IL-10-producedby monocytes ,Th2,Bcells.
Il-11-produced by BM stroma.
Il-12-(NK stimulatoryfactor)-produced by B cell macrophages.
IL-Produced by Tcell.
