In your opinion, what are the three most important factors that make people dissatisfied with their job? Why do you think these are most important?
1. Lack of Work-life balance: It is the most important factor or we can say that the reason that makes people dissatisfied with their job. Work-life balance is a concept that defines that there is no hindrance between professional and personal life. In today's work environment, jobs are getting demanding that employees have to work even more than they are getting paid for. Deadlines, early completion, and no holidays are the reason that leads to a lack of work-life balance.
2. Rigid organizational structure: Another reason for dissatisfaction is when the organization structure is rigid and highly hierarchical. These factors created dissatisfaction among employees doing a job as they are not allowed to participate in decision making and suggestions. when people are not getting involved in decision making in the environment and expected to do as the seniors say it created dissatisfaction.
3. No-recognition: Another important factor is when no reward and recognition is received in return for good work. people like to be recognized and praised in the organization for good work by the authorities in front of other employees as it motivates them. the absence of these factors creates dissatisfaction.
