Consider this scenario: “Tamika asks you to take a look at the presentation she developed for the marketing meeting next Thursday. She wants her presentation to be visually interesting so she has added several clips to each slide, some of which look great but have little to do with the presentation’s overall message.” What suggestions would you have for Tamika?

Solutions

Expert Solution

I would suggest Tamika To -

1) Start the presentation with the main points first ,then the supporting information and finally the background and history, and also to use words such as "you" and "your" in the presentation to encourage audiences to consider how product can impact them personally in a positive way .

.2) Shape the presentation into a storyline that positions the product as the hero ,where it helps to resolve a conflict that affects the audience .This way Tamika can grab the attention of the audience.

3) Make the slides easy to comprehend in one glance and should support one concept at a time and also to use good visuals on the slides to make them engaging and interesting.

4) Deliver the promised value.Meet expectations and match content to the promises made.

5) Wrap back to the value points presented at the start and encourage the audience at the end of the marketing presentation.
